This is just a
letter of thanks for the work you have put into our Office
Networks.
I have to say that
since you completed the work we have had no trouble with the
system. The remote desktop works brilliantly ad I am connected
within seconds from my base in Spain.
Equally, printing,
the transfer of files between workstations and the essential
procedures of Database Backup and Synchronisation is now a
simple and rapid function.
Internet access is
no longer a problem with the new methods in place and our
on-line booking system saves us at least 5 hours per day in man
hours.
Thankfully - gone
are the days of networking problems which plagued us on a daily
basis.

FoneCiti operates multi location
Internet Café and Mobile Phone shops. We considered the systems
from Dell and two local suppliers for our admin and customer
use.
We found that only Frontline really understood our needs and
explained everything about the systems that were proposed, the
installation and timescales. Everything was delivered on time,
on budget and fully working, straight out of the box. The prices
were competitive and quality has proven to be excellent. Since
the systems were installed we have never had any hardware faults
with any of their machines.
By contrast, we chose Dell at one location and experienced
hardware failures on 3 out of 5 PCs. Dell customer services were
difficult to deal with, slow and ultimately expensive.
We would recommend Frontline to all organisations that use a PC.
Their service, rates and reliability is second to none and I
have no problems recommending them to anyone.

have been using Frontline Networks for over 8 years, and they

Thanks, I got it sorted out, was a simple 2
minute thing! It was a DNS issue, BT
had changed the nos,
- spent 3 hours with bt
technical - and they could not diagnose a simple issue!
